Juhu, a bustling neighborhood in Mumbai, is home to many aspiring people looking to make it big in the city of dreams. The struggle begins with the process of house-hunting. Hello, I am Neha and Today I will share with you my experience of how I navigated my way through the busy streets of Juhu.

I recently graduated from college and landed my dream job at a production house in Mumbai. I had high hopes for finding a Flat in Mumbai. However, those hopes were soon shattered when I got to know just how competitive the rental market was in Juhu. I later realized that most landlords preferred renting out their properties to families or married couples rather than single individuals like Me. Despite these challenges, I remained determined to find a suitable place to call home. I spent countless hours browsing through online listings and visiting different apartments only to be met with disappointment each time.

When I shared this with one of my colleagues, she suggested I try co-living spaces. It was a new concept for me, So I browsed through the internet and found one of the most recommended places in Juhu -Santacruz, Varsity by Union. So without wasting any time, I visited the location. 

One of the key features of Union Living that I liked is its prime location. Situated in the heart of Juhu, residents have easy access to all that this bustling neighborhood has to offer. During My visit, I saw student Accommodations as well, But it wasn't just the physical aspects that made me fall in love with Union. It was also the sense of community that Union Living offered. With Shared Spaces such as a rooftop garden, Canteen, and Lobby, I quickly got to know my neighbors and found myself surrounded by like-minded individuals who shared similar interests. There were various community events planned on weekends and festivals. 

 It was my first visit to the location but I felt Such a connection with the place and the people that I planned that Varsity would be my Home in this hectic neighborhood of Juhu.
